On the 31st of May, 2007 the series of Practice of maritime business, that was opened by the brochure “Yachts and yacht clubs”, was proceeded by the second edition “General average”. The series “Practice of maritime business” presumes the publication of other two editions till the end of the current year written by composite authors of the law firm International Law Offices with co-authorship of lecturer of Odessa National Academy of law. |

On the 23-25 of May 2007 the XIII International Exhibition “Shipbuilding 2007” and the V Specialized Exhibition “The Marine transport” took place in Nikolaev city.

 On the 1st of June, 2007 a two-day Conference “Practice of maritime business: sharing experience 2007” finished its work. It was held in Odessa, Ukraine at the conference hall of the hotel “Odessa”. | 26 september 2010 Fairway (Ukrainian journal) published a new article Commercial Use of Yachts, No.4, August 2010.Authors: Nikolay Melnykov (Senior Partner) and Nadezhda Malanchiy (Lawyer).
‘…Pursuant to the legislation of some countries and requirements of the Shipping Registers the yacht can be registered in the Shipping Register as a pleasure or commercial yacht.
