On the 31st of May, 2007 the series of Practice of maritime business, that was opened by the brochure “Yachts and yacht clubs”, was proceeded bythe second edition “General average”. The series “Practice of maritime business” presumes the publication of other two editions till the end of the current year written by composite authors of the law firm International Law Offices with co-authorship of lecturer of Odessa National Academy of law.
As mentioned before the second edition of the series “General average” saw the light of the day on the 31st of May, 2007 and was successfully distributed during the 3rd international annual conference “Practice of maritime business: sharing experience”.
The material of the brochure have been being thoroughly prepared by the authors during a number of months. It is based on the practical experience of specialists who now share it with readers.
The brochure covers the institute of general average, peculiarities of its regulation on the basis of international and national legal norms, investigation of reasons and conditions of general average origin, peculiarities of its distribution.
The brochure is for lawyers specialized in the field of international maritime law, average adjusters and representatives of insurance companies.
