International Law Offices conducts complex legal supporting of Slavic Fund charitable organization and Grad Kiya LLC project – Kyivan Rus park, Centre of culture and history of Kyivan Rus.
The main goal of this initiative is the Kyivan Rus atmosphere simulation by reconstructing the princely citadel of Kyiv of V-VIII centuries at scale 1:1 on the area of 10 ha in 34 km of modern Kyiv.
On the territory of Kyivan Rus park has been fulfilled the reconstruction of palaces, churches, monasteries, farms, in which the museums, exhibition sales, galleries are going to be located as well as concert halls and apartments, handicraft workshops and many other. The park objects simultaneously would reflect the intellectual culture and material structure specificity of that legendary age. They would fix Slavic, Scandinavian, Byzantine and West-European components of many-sided historical phenomena of Kyivan state.
The nearest event under this project, II International Festival of culture and history `Kyivan Rus Park`, timed to the Independence Day of Ukraine, is going to be held on August 22-23, 2009.

| 12 december 2011 ‘Loans Received from Non-Residents’ was the name of the seminar held in the premises of the Southern Commercial Regional Department of the PJSC ‘UniCreditBank’ on the 8th of December 2011. The seminar was organized under the initiative of ‘Interlegal’ together with ‘UniCreditBank’. It was free being addressed to the top managers and owners of the business.

| 07 december 2011 The President of Ukraine, Viktor Yanukovich, vetoed the Law ‘On Sea Ports of Ukraine’ adopted by the Verkhovna Rada and sent the bill back to the parliament with his propositions.
The President notes that the legal collision will appear in case of signing the law as the provisions of the document on the port water basin will contradict the provisions of the Water Code of Ukraine. In particular, the draft provides that the water basin of a sea port is defined as a part of the water object outside the navigation pass to be granted to the port under the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers. But a separate decision on allotment of the water fund land is not taken.
