On 19th of March Danil Hristich and Ekaterina Gadetskaya, lawyers of Interlegal, held a workshop “Peculiarities of maritime and commercial arbitration” for the students of Odessa National Maritime University.
In the course of the workshop lawyers spoke about the most popular international arbitration institutions, peculiarities of dispute resolution in ICAC at the Ukrainian CCI, MAC at the Ukrainian CCI, LMAA, FOSFA, GAFTA and recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards. Interlegal specialists shared not only theoretical knowledge with the students, they illustrated their speech with examples from lawyers’ practice.
Students and lecturers of ONMU participated in the workshop and lively discussion took place. Danil Hristich and Ekaterina Gadetskaya appreciate the participants’ displayed activity and interesting questions.
