LMAA 50

On the 18th of March 2010 the partners of International Law Offices (Ukraine), Arthur Nitsevych and Mykola Melnykov and the partner of the Russian law firm “Remedy”, Andrey Suprunenko, visited the solemn occasion in London dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the London Maritime Arbitrators Association (LMAA).

Partners of International Law Offices are supporting members of the LMAA while International Law Offices is one of the Supporting Sponsors of the event.

International Law Offices and Remedy made a project RUSSIA & UKRAINE. LEGAL INSURANCE that was presented at the celebration of the LMAA 50th Anniversary. The joint Russian and Ukrainian exposition was dedicated to the legal and insurance matters of maritime industry in Ukraine and Russia.

The partners of International Law Offices held a series of fruitful business meetings with P&I clubs, colleagues and partners in London. The negotiations demonstrated a good opening for future projects and business relations.

On return from London the partners of International Law Offices and Remedy shall continue to develop the sector related to maritime dispute resolution in London Arbitration due to assistance of the colleagues from the LMAA.

The project has been started. Some international lawyers from International Law Offices pursue claims in Maritime Arbitration of the LMAA. We are ready to share information on advantages of hearing the cases in international arbitration, in particular, in London Arbitration.
