On March 17, 2016, Interlegal held a special practical seminar “Role and Significance of Freight Forwarder in the Logistic Chain” for employees of the large Ukrainian forwarding company and a good client of Interlegal.
The following issues were discussed at the seminar: status and role of freight forwarder in relationship between participants of the transportation chain, scope of its powers, differences in freight forwarder’s representation of interests of the different parties of commercial contracts; meanings of forwarding documents, risk assessment concerning freight forwarder’s liability and many others.
Participants studied the practical issues on certain examples from practice of Interlegal. It was an interactive seminar, with active participation and lively discussion.
