A round table dedicated to the actual issues of the maritime law took place in the business-center ‘Napoleon’ in Odessa on the 12th of December 2011.
The Regional Branch of the Ukrainian Bar Association in Odessa and Odessa Region held a round table dedicated to the reformation of the port sector and innovations of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Sea Ports of Ukraine’.
The participants of the round table discussed the issues related to the Law of Ukraine ‘On Sea Ports of Ukraine’: its adoption by the Verkhovna Rada and subsequent veto of the President of Ukraine.
Olena Losevska, partner of ‘Interlegal’, participated in the round table and gave analysis of the legal regulation of the property relations and privatization provided by the Law of Ukraine ‘On Sea Ports of Ukraine’.
Among the participants of the round table were Timur Bondarev (Arzinger), Oleg Kutateladze and Vladimir Zubar (Yurline), Nikolay Ochkold (Legitimus), Andrey Selyutin (ANK).
