Within the framework of the 6th Conference “Practice of Maritime Business and NOVO2010” an interactive session “Containers and Bill of Lading” was organized specially for logistics operators, forwarders and owners of the cargo. The session shall cover such burning issues as follows:
• general average;
• detention of cargoes by liner agents;
• claims due to damage of cargo during the sea carriage;
• cargo insurance and liabilities etc.

With regards to the Social Program of the International Conference
Practice of Maritime Business & NOVO2010 to be held on the 4th of June, 2010 in Odessa.
The Social Program is optional (on Saturday, 5th of June) and may include Odessa Guide Tour, visiting the Odessa Opera House and barbecue. One more peculiarity of the 6th Conference is the football match between two volunteer teams consisting of the delegates. If you like football, join one of our two mixed teams composed of lawyers and experts in shipping to form multi-jurisdictional teams. Of course, you can be a fun only, then, become a cheerleader!

News as for the programme of the Conference Practice of Maritime Business & NOVO2010
4 June, 2010, Odessa
Exhibition area will be arranged for presentations within the conference. (There are some special partnerships’ terms of booking of the desks).
The number of such desks is limited. Partners of the Conference have a possibility to make all the participants of the conference know relevant information on their business activity, to make a short presentation and to answer the questions during the breaks.
The programme of the conference stipulates a number of interactive sessions & master class.
