Arbitration practice: Interlegal initiated arbitration proceedings at LCIA

LCIAIn order to defend the interests of a large construction and engineering company, Interlegal initiated arbitration proceedings at LCIA (London Court of International Arbitration).

The defendant is an English company supplier which failed to perform its obligations on supply of wheel machinery and construction equipment. In particular, the issue relates to the breach of contractual terms in respect of quality and pre-sale service of supplied machinery. The claim shall be considered at LCIA in compliance with the English law.
