Arbitration practice: Interlegal will represent the interests of a main natural gas supplier at the territory of the Republic of Moldova

Experts from Interlegal, jointly with the Client’s lawyers, initiated proceedings at the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in respect of the Ukrainian company which performed contractor’s works upon the gas pipeline repair in the Republic of Moldova.

The dispute arose due to conflict between the Parties regarding additional costs the Customer sustained in the process of repair. The dispute shall be considered in compliance with substantive law of the Republic of Moldova. Alexey Remeslo, the senior lawyer, and Karina Gorovaya, the lawyer, are working on the case.
