Bunker debtor favoured amicable agreement with the creditor

Interlegal lawyers defended the bunkering company’s interests and charged debt for bunker supply.

Project management resulted in debt recognition and payment by the debtor – shipowner in full.

The Parties concluded the amicable agreement on completing the court proceedings.

Shipowner had to join negotiations due to such essential fact as ship arrest imposed by Interlegal lawyers.

Interlegal lawyers defended the creditor’s interests and restored relationships between the Shipowner and bunkering company, lost due to the conflict. Interlegal senior lawyer Alexey Remeslo  and lawyer  Mikhail Selivanov laid the foundation for further business cooperation between two companies.
