Experts of Interlegal have successfully defended interests of their clients – ship agents.
The dispute arose between the Ship owners and the Agents due to failure to pay for agency services rendered to the vessel.
Agents’ attempts to settle the dispute by their own force did not give tangible results therefore it was decided to involve the lawyers of Interlegal.
Due to operative work of the lawyers the vessel was delayed in the port of Odessa, so the parties were able to start constructive negotiations upon recovery of the present indebtedness.
As the results of negotiations the Ship owner made a decision to settle with the creditors without court proceeding.
