Interlegal defended cargo owner’s interests at the court of appeal under settlement of dispute upon goods seizure

Interlegal lawyers defended interests of cargo owner – large international company at the court of appeal, under consideration of the prosecutor’s appeal against ruling of the investigative judge on rejecting seizure of crude sunflower oil in the volume exceeding 4,000 tons.

Justification of Interlegal legal opinion for defense of client’s interests was reconfirmed by the court of appeal. Ruling of the investigative judge remained unchanged, while the prosecutor’s appeal was unsatisfied.

Interlegal experts’ legal assistance prevented illegal seizure of goods in the amount ca. 3,000,000 USD.
