Legal support of drafting tender documentation regarding work performance in the sea port water area

Interlegal supported the process of drafting tender proposals in compliance with provisions of tender documentation and the current legislation upon state procurements.

Subjects of purchase were the works performed in water area of the Ukrainian sea port aimed at improvement of both its technical specifications (cargo turnover increase) and its investment attractiveness.

In the framework of provided legal assistance, Interlegal lawyers consulted the client upon the requirements for the auction participant’s tender proposal and conducted expertize of the tender documentation for compliance with the current requirements upon its form and content.

Special attention was drawn to international aspects of the client’s activity which required for complex approach to adapting the documents to the Ukrainian law provisions. Due to Interlegal engagement, the client passed successfully the stage of preliminary qualification and could participate in the auction.
