Experts of Interlegal prepared translation of the Strategy of the Development of Sea Ports of Ukraine for the Period till 2013 into English. According to the Strategy approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the 11th of July 2013 there will be created the development plan for each sea port in short-, middle- and long-term prospects.
In principle the new project approach provides definition of specialization for each sea port and its development in the scope of this specialization. Ministry of Infrastructure believes that it would help to develop the reasonable investment projects. Realization thereof by the concessionaires would allow to provide qualitative development and competitiveness taking into account advantages and peculiarities of each port of Ukraine.
