Interlegal represents m/v Nomad Eagle ship owner’s interests in order to settle the incident occurred on the 5th of February on doing towing operations at the territory of the Nikolayev Shipyard Ocean. During the towage the harbour tug Issyk-Kul changed the speed and the direction for some unknown reason and sank after collision with the bulk transport vessel. Circumstances and causes of the incident have been determined by the Special Commission of the State Inspection of Ukraine on Sea and River Transport Safety.
