Interlegal organized and held international seminar SHIPPING IN BLACK SEA in Turkey

Turkish branch of Interlegal headed by partner Mehmet Dogu supported by senior lawyers of Ukrainian office of Interlegal Andrey Perepelitsa and Dmitriy Zagorodnyuk held the seminar “SHIPPING IN BLACK SEA. Ship arrest, cargo lien, award enforcement” on May 13 in “Elite World Istanbul” hotel, Istanbul.
The key topics of the Seminar were: “Actual Shipping Trends in Black Sea region”, “Risks and consequences of Vessel’s call to Crimean ports” and “LMAA arbitration and enforcement of arbitral award in Black Sea region”.
As it was expected “Risks and consequences of Vessel’s call to Crimean ports”, that was represented by partner Arthur Nitsevich, was hotly discussed by the participants during the seminar and welcome drink for the International Conference "Multimodal 2015: Bridge between Europe and Asia".
