Interlegal participated in the international investment forum
Artur Nitsevych, partner of Interlegal, participated actively in the international investment forum “New projects of grain and oilseeds terminals in the ports of Ukraine” held at the InterContinental Hotel, Kiev, on October 28, 2015.
First session, moderated by Artur Nitsevych, was devoted to projects of grain terminals in the Azov Sea ports. Partner of Interlegal in his report «Crimean sanctions – practice of implementation» touched the problems of vessel passage through the Strait of Kerch and highlighted the difficulties of law settlement of such complex collision directly dependent on the political situation in this region. He presented opinions of marine insurers and gave recommendations both to shipowners and charterers upon decreasing risks of vessel arrest and detention.
Next sessions concerned such issues as promising sites for the construction of grain and oilseeds terminals in the ports of Big Odessa, the Danube Region, the Bug Estuary and the mouth of the Dnieper River, analysis of development trends in ship loading equipment at grain terminals of the Black Sea region and many others.
Interlegal thanks the information service “Industrial Cargos” and the company “Business-Forum” for professional organization of the event with hope for the further close partnership.
