Interlegal lawyers assisted in the Italian commercial real estate purchase

The client filed a request to Interlegal upon legal support of the Italian commercial real estate purchase for the purpose of lease.

Interlegal Italian associate office was engaged in the project. Both law teams provided as set of services aimed at drafting the best scheme of real estate ownership, assessment and due diligence of real estate object and the Seller, real estate sale & purchase and lease transactions.

In order to optimize taxation on real estate purchase and to preserve ownership confidentiality, a corporate scheme of real estate ownership by means of the Swiss holding company and the Italian operation company applied.
Independent assessors performed due diligence of real estate object and the Seller and fixed the object current cost which facilitated fair sum of the deal.
