The court decision on charging from russia nearly 30 million UAH in favor of Interlegal client

We often highlight that one needs fighting and moving forward even if doesn’t know what a result will be (especially if doesn’t know what a result is supposed to be).

We are talking about the fact that the bike either goes forward or falls down. And we really love people who think like that and are ready to invest their time, energy and finances in the future.

In one such case, the client’s vessel was sunk by enemy missiles. Interlegal team actively worked upon the project, namely:

     - collected all the necessary evidence;
     - reported to the Register, Maritime Authority and port representatives about the accident;
     - filed to the Security Service of Ukraine an application on crime commitment by unidentified representatives of the armed forces of the russian federation;
     - organized a transport and commodity examination of the vessel;
     - provided legal support upon the dispute against another state under conditions of war.

Following 8 months of fruitful teamwork upon the project – voilа, a well-deserved victory.

Now the client has at least two clear benefits: a) moral satisfaction of its readiness to move forward under any conditions; b) legal and effective basis for recovering damages and all expenses for lost property.

Is it noteworthy that the world is not so perfect and not all victims will be able to receive reimbursement due to aggression – only those who did not fear, including our client, because this path should be taken right now in order to gain one’s own right after the victory.

That’s why we are moving on and working harder than ever, because there will be no better time for justice!
